Simon’s Boxing Club was established in 2003, as a way for, “The Phoenix” to pass on his knowledge and experience. Simon developed his unique method to train his students with a strong focus on the philosophical, analytical, and physical preparedness of boxing. Simon teaches his students how to fight for themselves because one never knows what may come their way. Simon’s motto is, “it is the challenging times that hone your integrity and optimize your body, mind, and spirit.” Applying these strategies to boxing, life, and to work has been proven successful for countless students.
SBC training system is designed to shape members into the best version of themselves. SBC teaches core boxing fundamentals which develop confidence, strategy, mental strength, and physical tenacity. In 12 rounds (48/minutes), we provide a complete body workout enhancing your speed, form, and your ability to think faster; as well as increasing your spatial awareness. Each session incorporates authentic instruction by a Professional Boxer in traditional and modern boxing techniques. Full body conditioning, drills & TRX are used to optimize strength. Private & Semiprivate classes are tailored to the individual, focusing on the specific needs and goals of each member. Classes are set to intoxicating music and are meditation in motion. The training program is perfect for all levels of fitness. SBC offers private boxing sessions, ladies only classes, kids and youth boxing classes, as well as small group classes. Whatever your goals are, Simon will help you crush them.
